feat: Web SDK update for version 28.2.0-rc.7 - #186

Adds the Analytics service and exported Tracking helper for browser event collection, and updates OAuth2 session/token APIs to accept an optional state value. The release metadata and examples now target 28.2.0-rc.7 and document the added APIs.
