docs: host landing page and docs on Vercel at rnsac.appandflow.com - #784

Serve the landing page from the root of rnsac.appandflow.com and the docs under /docs/, instead of appandflow.github.io/react-native-safe-area-context. Replace the GitHub Pages publish workflow with a Vercel build configured in vercel.json, and point README/CONTRIBUTING links at the new domain. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Moves the landing page and docs from GitHub Pages (
appandflow.github.io/react-native-safe-area-context) to Vercel at https://rnsac.appandflow.com. The layout is the same as before: the landing page (website/) is at/and the docs (docs/) are under/docs/.website/docusaurus.config.js:url→https://rnsac.appandflow.com,baseUrl→/docs/docusaurus.config.ts:url→https://rnsac.appandflow.com,baseUrl→/docs/(also dropped the GitHub Pages boilerplate comments)website/src/landing/content.js,README.md,CONTRIBUTING.md: links now point at the new domain. The CONTRIBUTING link was already broken (/contributing/→ now/docs/contributing).vercel.json(new): uses the same install/build/merge steps as the olddocs-deploy.yml(build both sites, copydocs/buildintowebsite/build/docs).
