[Observability] Logging: workflow-core storage (Iceberg/S3/LakeFS) I/O

Part of #4070.

Add storage I/O lifecycle/error logging to common/workflow-core.

Iceberg/S3/LakeFS open/create/commit/close and I/O failures were not logged, so storage problems surfaced only as opaque exceptions.

Resource open/create/commit/close + reader/writer lifecycle + I/O failure logging.
No per-row/per-tuple logging on the data hot path.
Non-functional; no behavior change.
