Thanks @masyarakatai, nice catch: vulnogram-api-record-fetch has no --jq flag, so the documented command failed, and --state-only is the right replacement. I pushed one small fixup commit (a65e6ed) instead of a review round trip:
- The same command was also emitted by code.
tools/security-management/src/security_management/issue_sync/push.pybuilt the "verify the state advance" hint with--jq '.body.CNA_private.state', so an agent running sync was still handed the broken command. It now uses--state-only, and so does the eval fixture that quoted it (step-5b-judged-gates/.../case-5-clean-push-fix-released/report.md). - Restored the 3-space fence indent so the code block lines up with its list item's content, as before.
The issue-sync rule tests (37) pass locally.
