Bump TsFile to 2.5.0

Description

Update tsfile.version from 2.4.1-260915-SNAPSHOT to 2.5.0 to check IoTDB compatibility with TsFile 2.5.0 through the existing PR build and test workflows.

Temporarily add the closed TsFile staging repository orgapachetsfile-1042 because 2.5.0 is not yet available from Maven Central. The repository enables releases and disables snapshots. Remove this temporary repository once TsFile 2.5.0 is available from Maven Central, before merging this PR.

Validation

• mvn -B -ntp -N validate -Dscan=false passed.
• git diff --check passed.
• The root POM parses successfully.
• Anonymous HTTP requests to the staged TsFile/common 2.5.0 JARs and POMs, and the tsfile-java parent POM, returned HTTP 200.

Full compilation, unit tests, and integration tests are left to the existing PR CI workflows. This draft PR is intended to collect compatibility results.
