Where Iggy fits against Kafka, when to reach for each one, and what to expect if you already run Kafka. Updated for 0.9.0.
Three Introduction pages for newcomers, checked against the 0.9.0 source. Coming from Kafka links the Iggy or Kafka blog post, so this builds on apache#115.

Say a cluster uses the same binary and config file, give the minimum kernel, and lead the Kafka section with its production record.

Adds three Introduction pages after Concepts: a Kafka to Iggy mapping, a glossary, and a page on payload formats and user headers. Checked against the server-0.9.0 source. Builds on #115, because Coming from Kafka links the blog post, so the first commit is from that PR.
