Un-ignore test_schema_with_array_map after an apache-avro release with apache/avro-rs#656 #3360

apache-avro 0.22 drops the logicalType attribute of an array schema when it parses schema JSON (apache/avro-rs#654). #3354 ignores test_schema_with_array_map because of it, since avro_schema_to_schema then reads an array of key-value records as a list. apache/avro-rs#656 fixes the parser. Once a release includes it, bump apache-avro and remove the #[ignore].

Manifest writes aren't affected, because the writer builds its Avro schema in code and serializes it without parsing it. test_write_manifest_header_marks_int_keyed_maps checks the written header.
