[Feature][Devlake UI] Dark Mode #8863

Use case
As a developer who's every program he uses is in dark mode, going into the super white and bright devlake ui is a bit harsh on the eyes.
Description
Enable switching between white mode and dark mode in the ui, like in docusaurus.
