Speed up merge_accumulators for ApproximateUniqueGlobally #19459
Description
s it possible to offer a fast merge for 2 accumulators? Like a merge two heaps in a single call? Applies to both Java and Python version.
Set components as sdk-python-core, because it seems to be the closest one. Please feel free update it.
