Define MAP_STACK to 0 where it is missing and recycle with
MADV_FREE_REUSABLE under APPLE, where MADV_DONTNEED keeps pages
resident. Document the Darwin behaviour (no overcommit toggle, 16 KiB
pages) in docs/memory.md. The full hosted suite passes natively on
Apple Silicon, including the guard-page fault and the ASan death tests.
Add the native macos-15 workflow (Release, Debug, ASan, shared), the
README badge and platform row, and the macOS requirements in
docs/building.md. make.sh no longer calls macOS unverified and the
sanitizer help matches what runs where. Test targets stop naming cfiber
next to cfiber_test, which already links it PUBLIC; Apple's ld warned
about the duplicate. The find_package consumer was confirmed against a
staged dylib install under DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH.
