After remove the build files, remove any empty folders that could be left. Also test empty folders in all cachedir, to remove them from previous run that not remove it.

Improve the
--remove-build-filesby also removing any empty folders that could be left. When removing empty folders, use root permissions only if needed.Also test empty folders in other packages, to remove them from previous run that was not cleaned.
