Utility on BizPower is NOT a big earner despite being a 5X bill-pay category — it's hard- capped: - Per-category fair-use RP caps (eff 1-Sep-2024): utility (MCC 4900), telecom/ cable (4812/4814/4899), insurance, and grocery each capped 2,000 RP per CALENDAR MONTH; hotel/flight (MMT MyBiz) 50,000 RP/mo. So ₹75k utility earns only ~2,000 RP (cap hit at ~₹16k), not the 7,500 accel cap. Added to card note. - Business utility surcharge: 1% on a utility txn > ₹75,000 (vs ₹50k personal), cap ₹3,000/txn — new CARD_SURCHARGES['hdfc-bizpower'] entry, verified:true. - Noted the accelerated-cap version discrepancy (older PDF 5,000 vs current 7,500) and the PayZapp 5X exclusion list. Seed validates (102 cards); seed test + typecheck + lint clean.
