…ficial) Add a tax-treatment entry for hdfc-marriott: earns:false, countsToMilestone:false, verified:true. Per the official HDFC Marriott Bonvoy T&C PDF (publ. 06-Oct-2025), the FNA milestones (₹6L/₹9L/₹15L) are based on "Eligible Spends", which the T&C explicitly defines to EXCLUDE "Government related transactions" (income tax MCC 9311 / govt 9399). So tax neither earns Bonvoy points nor counts toward the milestones — stricter than HDFC Infinia/Diners (tax earns 0 but counts).

Answers "does HDFC Marriott Bonvoy count income tax in its milestones?" — no — and persists the verified finding (we had no tax-treatment entry for this card).
Finding (OFFICIAL)
Per the HDFC Marriott Bonvoy T&C PDF (publ. 06-Oct-2025), the FNA spend milestones (₹6L / ₹9L / ₹15L) are based on "Eligible Spends", and the T&C defines that term to exclude "Government related transactions" (income tax MCC 9311 / govt 9399). So on Marriott, tax/govt neither earns Bonvoy points nor counts toward the milestones.
Contrast: HDFC Infinia/Diners record tax as earning 0 but counting toward their milestones. Marriott's single "Eligible Spend" definition gates both.
