Purpose/Description

anki-backend-android now contains:

Rust build outputs (.so files & web assets)
AAR source directories (jniLibs + assets definitions)
Native library validation

Approach

Backend 0.1.75 moved the Android adapters, native libraries, and web assets into rsdroid-android, so follow these moves

How Has This Been Tested?

local_backend was tested. CI should cover the rest
