Effectively a no-op: testing that the dependencies are still resolving correctly. This is the 'new' Android backend, which will pull in a `java-library` which modules lower down the stack can reference without bringing in an Android dependency. Android `.so` files and android assets will be added here, when the main library moves to `java-library`. See https://redirect.github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android-Backend/pull/765 Note: The move is subtle: `anki-android-backend` -> `anki-backend-android` `anki-android-backend` still exists, and will be renamed at a later date. Purpose / Description
Effectively a no-op: testing that the dependencies are still resolving correctly. This is the 'new' Android backend, which will pull in a
java-librarywhich our modules lower down the stack can reference without bringing in an Android dependency.Android

The move is subtle:
anki-android-backend->anki-backend-androidand update the backend version, and fix the
expectedPolicy(required for all backend updates now)How Has This Been Tested?
A full-app suite will pick up anything and everything
