Pins the ponytail plugin to v5.3.2 (sha 16352ac2) and changes the dev container's postCreateCommand to register .claude/marketplace with claude plugin marketplace add before installing ponytail@cloudflare-pages-action. The install now resolves the same marketplace-qualified name that .claude/settings.json enables, instead of passing the directory with --marketplace. The quoted command in .claude/rules/tooling.md is updated to match.

Nothing in ponytail 5.1 → 5.3.2 needs repo config: the shortcut: marker is already in use, and the new band in 5.3 is opt-out and writes only under ~/.claude.

Validation

claude plugin list in this container shows ponytail 5.3.2 enabled at project scope. The dev container command itself was not re-run from a fresh container; a rebuild is the check for that.
