Summary

  • follow.sh --exit-on-human exits with code 4 as soon as a lane publishes (PUBLISHED) or fails (LANE-FAILED), so any harness is notified by the command ending, with no background-output support. The agent tells the user, then runs it again.
  • Tasks that became ready in the same poll are still launched before the exit.
  • Outcomes already announced are recorded in <log-dir>/announced; a restart reprints them but only stops on a new one, otherwise a still-draft pull request would stop every run.
  • SKILL.md, README and CHANGELOG updated.

Test plan

  • mise run lint
  • mise run test (4 new tests: published, failed, restart, option off)

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

--exit-on-human ends the loop with exit code 4 when a lane publishes or
fails, so any harness learns of it from the command ending, with no
background-output support needed. Outcomes announced by a previous run
are recorded beside the lane logs so a restart does not stop on them.
