Replace broken links with the official pages for Tern, Frink, SonarQube for IDE, and IDA Free. Use the CodeQue repository and its linked marketplace listing while its website returns 502. Mark the commercial Code Intelligence entry deprecated and remove its dead pricing link: its CEO announced that the flagship product IP was acquired for internal use and the company no longer operates independently. Keep its surviving GitHub organization as a reference; this does not deprecate its open-source projects.

Three reported URLs remain unchanged. Fortify responds to ordinary requests but fails in the link checker; the cause is unconfirmed. Both PT Application Inspector URLs have untrusted certificates, as do the official alternatives I checked. Neither is evidence that those tools are discontinued, so this leaves them listed without suppressing the failures or weakening TLS verification.
