Group routine minor and patch updates into weekly PRs, with security updates grouped separately and major updates left for manual review. Replace the retired @dependabot merge command with a merge job that runs after CI passes, using the existing token so list generation and the website rebuild keep working. No GitHub App or branch-protection changes needed.
