This replacement now fails earlier than #118: the source/packed-package job stops during declaration builds. The tsdown 0.23.2 update selects rolldown-plugin-dts 0.29.0-beta.2, whose tsgo path rejects the pinned TypeScript 7.0.2 API. Missing workspace-export errors follow those failed builds.

Keep the compatible build-tool resolution or supply a verified declaration-build migration, then run the full gate. The earlier formatter finding is not the first blocker on this head.

The blocker changed on 7006329: declaration builds now pass, so the earlier TypeScript API failure is no longer the first failing gate. Current CI reaches format:check and rejects eight files: docs/{client,embed,react-embed,server-bun,server}.md, packages/data-app-bun/README.md, packages/data-app-react/src/ui/{Grid,VariableBar}.css.

Apply the formatter changes expected by this dependency update, then verify the full gate. No CI rerun requested.
