chore: add Bub to compatible clients

[PsiACE]

Adds Bub to Compatible Clients with Agent Skills and MCP support, plus light/dark SVG logos.

Compatibility

• Surface and versions: Bub CLI and gateway on main, with bub-agent-plugins 0.1.0 and bub-mcp>=0.2.0.
• Components: Agent Skills; MCP over stdio, streamable-http, and legacy sse.

Logos

Light/dark Bub logos based on the assets in agentskills/agentskills#340.

Validation

• pnpm build and git diff --check passed.
• Verified both themes and desktop/mobile layouts.
