CLIENT-5776 Accept a list of Host as client seeds - #154

new_client, new_client_blocking and _LocalClient take a seed string or a sequence of the new Host class; a host list goes to the core as-is, so an IPv6 address or TLS name needs no bracketing or quoting.

Adds a
Hostclass (name, port, tls_name). The client constructors acceptstr | Sequence[Host]; a host list is passed to the core directly, with no seed string to format or re-parse. Empty lists and bracketed or empty names raiseValueError. Needed by the SDK fix for IPv6 seeds (CLIENT-5776).
