Summary

Brings every dependency to its latest published version:

  • code-foundry 1.40.0 → 1.44.3 — devDependency and all five reusable-workflow refs (draft-pr, validation, validation-audit, release, release-integrity)
  • typescript ^6.0.3 → ^7.0.2 — removes the baseUrl compiler option that TS 7 dropped; the paths entries already carry explicit ./ prefixes, which is the documented migration
  • oxlint ^1.83.0 → ^1.86.0
  • @types/node ^26.5.1 → ^26.6.4
  • bun update within-range bumps for everything else (lockfile only)

Note: Renovate's open #188 carries the same code-foundry devDependency bump; it will auto-close when this lands.

Validation

  • format:check, lint (0 warnings), type-check, build — pass on TypeScript 7.0.2
  • test — 212 pass / 0 fail
  • validate, schema:check — pass
  • code-foundry doctor — passed
  • Network-touching scripts (sync:live, verify:published) intentionally not run locally

- code-foundry 1.40.0 -> 1.44.3 (devDependency and every reusable-workflow ref)
- typescript ^6.0.3 -> ^7.0.2; drops the removed baseUrl compiler option
  (paths entries already carry explicit ./ prefixes, per the TS7 migration)
- oxlint ^1.83.0 -> ^1.86.0
- @types/node ^26.5.1 -> ^26.6.4
Keeps the runtime_ref source of truth in code-foundry.yml aligned with
the workflow refs moved in the previous commit.
