The snapshot was missing 23 plugins because the upstream loader applied the per-plugin 5 MiB file limit to unrelated files in shared repository archives. It now drains oversized unrelated files under the unchanged 512 MiB archive cap, while selected-plugin files remain checked against the repository tree before the archive is fetched.
The refreshed snapshot restores 23 locked plugin records with no removals, including both Miro source variants from
miroapp/miro-aiatc2494b24510d01ec3e50fad94a0c5fc3ca40e339. The catalog grows from 536 to 559 records and all curated shelf names resolve. The sync workflow now validates curation before it writes the mutablecatalog-assetspointer. The dedicated package publisher uses the existing npm trusted publisher through OIDC and noNPM_TOKEN.Local validation passed:
