Approve — Changesets-generated release PR (bump @adcp/sdk 13.0.0-rc.24 → rc.25).

- Version lines across package.json, package-lock.json, client-shim/package.json, and src/lib/version.ts are consistent.
- CHANGELOG entry mirrors changeset b226ab8; pre.json consumes grade-raw-product-responses.
- No code paths change — graded-response behavior already landed in the base commit via #2549.
- version bumps are Changesets-driven, not hand-edited.

get_productsstoryboard steps grade raw protocol responses by default so SDK convenience projections cannot rewrite conformance evidence. Flow storyboards and fixture seeding keep canonical SDK projection, while product-discovery request wire selection remains authored or negotiated independently.
