chore: bump the pinned framework sources

[github-actions]

Weekly move of the three git-source pins in tools/fetch-deps.mjs
to the current consistent set - the frontend's main HEAD, the
framework commit its result/cloud/VERSION names, and the
open-abap-core commit that framework pins itself. The full build
and the browser tests ran green in the workflow that opened this
PR.
