Purpose

Implements issue #5 with an auditable research packet comparing eight independently generated, implementation-oriented cognitive architecture proposals.

What is included

• 8 usable system/model outputs: Qwen3 8B, Llama 3.1 8B, Gemma 3 4B, Qwen2.5 Coder 7B, Mistral 7B, Phi-4 Mini, Granite 3.3 2B, and GPT-5.6 Sol
• transparent record of a DeepSeek-R1 collection attempt that produced no usable final answer and is not counted
• exact shared prompt and collection notes
• raw outputs preserved separately from analysis
• structured comparison across all 11 required architecture dimensions
• common-pattern/disagreement summary
• implementation-oriented synthesis
• model/provider/date/edit provenance

The packet deliberately separates generated outputs from analysis and does not substitute fabricated output for a model that failed to produce a final answer.

Ready for maintainer review. The submission maps the issue requirements to the research packet, preserves eight usable raw model/system outputs separately from analysis, includes the 11-dimension comparison and implementation-oriented synthesis, and passes the repository layout check plus 10/10 public smoke tests. If any acceptance criterion needs adjustment or additional provenance, I can address targeted review feedback directly in this PR.
