Update EventProvider to be functionality equivalent to EventManagerAwareTrait

`ZfcBase\EventManager\EventProvider` is no longer equivalent to `Zend\EventManager\EventManagerAwareTrait` as the latter has added a call to `attachDefaultListeners` if it exists ([see here](https://github.com/zendframework/zf2/blob/master/library/Zend/EventManager/EventManagerAwareTrait.php#L57))

Update: `ZfcBase\Form\ProvidesEventsForm` as well
