The "Plugin Headers" filenames section currently only lists .jpg and .png as accepted formats for banners, while the "Plugin Icons" section already lists .gif alongside .jpg/.png.

GIF banners are already accepted and served on the plugin directory, e.g.:

This PR adds gif to the accepted banner filename formats so the docs match current behavior.
