Pin PHP 8.4 security base, verify scoped source archives in CI, preserve locked bot runtime behavior, and document owner acceptance and licensing.
Preserve the full inventory inspection without dirtying the exact-commit packaging inputs with host-specific SQLite evidence.
Preserve only the two pinned upstream documentation symlinks, reject Git replacement identity changes, and exercise Docker from the actual ZIP. Refresh current inventory evidence and add regression coverage.

Promote the reviewed dev.9 implementation to stable 3.0.0 with an exact source offer and a documented cutover for the existing
/root/shabatDocker Compose deployment.--developmentin a separate output directory.The owner reported successful dev.9 live locking, unlocking, restoration of original permissions and restart. This is not a claim of a real holy-day cycle, Telegram load/soak testing, every client or production migration. No production data, running bot or Telegram group has been changed by this PR.
Validation passed on ef1c869: clean locked install; 1,256 PHP tests / 49,148 assertions on each of PHP 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5; 39 Linux packaging regressions (including native source symlinks); audit, lint, style, static analysis, docs and locale checks; checkout Docker and actual deployment-ZIP Docker builds, non-root/release checks and retained archive identity. Both branch and PR CI are green. The 432 captured original application files remain byte-identical. Final release artifacts will be downloaded from the merged commit CI and independently checked before publishing.
