libvmi: vCPU count and vCPU-info example #319

What to build
vmi_get_num_vcpus returns the real vCPU count from libmicrovmi. A new small example prints the vCPU count, the max physical address and CR3/RIP for each vCPU.
Acceptance criteria
- On
microvmi-ubuntuthe example reports 2 vCPUs, non-zero CR3/RIP differing across vCPUs, and the max physical address - Works over explicit MachineDebugger and explicit VBoxVMI
- Built in CI
