What to build

Full register read and write through the MachineDebugger method: general purpose, RIP, RFLAGS, control registers, segment registers (base/limit/selector), GDTR/IDTR, TR, LDT and the MSRs libmicrovmi exposes.

Acceptance criteria

• regs-dump example prints a complete register set
• Registers are unchanged between two reads of a paused VM
• Sanity test: walking page tables from CR3 maps RIP and the IDT base to guest-physical pages; the Linux kernel banner is found in RAM
• Register write test: write then read back, then restore
