Thanks for preparing the example. Please can you link the external functions/modules needed for this to run. You can see an example done for the michel electron script. See ~/.gitmodules. I also don't think the scripts directory needs to be added to the python path. If there are functions in ~/scripts that need to be used they should be added to the python package (e.g. from analysis_tools import ...). Thanks |
