• Adds a single Versioning with squads page (fern/assistants/versioning/versioning-with-squads-and-assistants.mdx, slug /assistants/versioning/versioning-with-squads) under Assistants → Versioning
• Covers what a squad version saves, when a squad version is and isn't created, how to create one and view history, how pinned and Latest members relate to assistant versions, and which squad version a call uses
• Answers the questions people keep asking: publishing an assistant (or a tool) never creates a squad version; members set to Latest pick up the new assistant version on the next call, while pinned members stay put until the pin is changed and the squad is saved
• Clarifies that squads pin assistant versions, while tool versions are pinned inside each assistant version; and that edits made in the squad builder create a squad version, while edits in the assistant editor create an assistant version
• Adds the page to the sidebar (fern/docs.yml) and a card on the versioning overview
