Publishing 0.17.2 failed because Yarn Classic cannot authenticate through OIDC. Migrate to Yarn 4.18.1, pinned through Corepack, and use yarn npm publish for trusted publishing.

• Migrate the lockfile and configuration while keeping node_modules and install scripts.
• Enable Corepack in both workflows, use immutable installs and cache Yarn archives. Use the Node version from .nvmrc for PR checks.
• Adapt release versioning and Git tags to Yarn 4, allowing retries when the requested version is already committed.
• Update the clean script, package exclusions and development instructions.

Validation: immutable install, yarn test, yarn build, yarn npm publish --dry-run and git diff --check passed locally on Node 26.12.1. Existing peer dependency and ts-jest/TypeScript warnings remain. Actual publishing and npm Trusted Publisher configuration have not been verified.
