- Added OAuthClient model to represent OAuth clients in the system. - Created middleware for OAuth client authorization, including token introspection and caching. - Developed GraphQL mutations and queries for creating, updating, deleting, and retrieving OAuth clients. - Implemented frontend components for managing OAuth clients, including forms for creation and updates, and a table for listing clients. - Integrated validation schemas for OAuth client inputs. - Updated routing and menu items in the frontend to include OAuth client management.

Description
This PR introduces OAuth client management functionality into the project.
Motivation and Context
The need for this change is to allow the system to handle OAuth clients registered in an external identity provider and manage the endpoints each client is allowed to call. This will enhance security and control over access to different parts of the system.
