…042) The reader still built its S3 URI and HTTPS mirror URL from the pre-ADR-0039 geocoding/bmf-master/merged/ path, which is alive only through the 90-day dual-write window (cutover 2026-09-28). Both now point at the contracted always-current mirror geocoding/unified-bmf/latest/bmf_unified_geocoded.parquet (contracts/unified-bmf-geocoded.yml key_prefix). Local cache filename follows the new stem, so existing caches re-download once. Docs, man page, and the two path tests updated. BACKLOG Z14 (nccsdata half). ADR 0039/ADR 0042breadcrumb.nccs_read()still read the pre-ADR-0039geocoding/bmf-master/merged/path, which stays live only through the dual-write window ending 2026-09-30 (fresh 90-day clock from the 2026-07-02 geocoded publish, ADR 0039). This repoints the S3 URI and the HTTPS cache-download URL to the contractedgeocoding/unified-bmf/latest/bmf_unified_geocoded.parquet.Verified before opening:
latest/and the old prefix carry byte-identical parquet, CSV, and dictionary (published 2026-09-15, vintage 2026_09).devtools::test()passes. The cache tests warn about a failed download and fall back to S3; that is the pre-existing 60 sdownload.filetimeout on the 641 MB object (a partial.partfrom 2026-09-03 sits in the cache on main), not a path issue.Also: the local cache filename changes to
