The files computes the ground surface temperature with the force-restore method and the OHM.
Add the ground surface scheme
It is replaced by Lside_veg.py where there is Lside_veg_v2022 and the 2026 version
Not used anymore
add input_surf to give the surface temp file add groundmodel to know whether to use new ground surface temp calc add outgoingLW to know whether to use new outgoing LW calc scheme
add the possibility to run the ground surf temp and the outgoing longwave calc separately
add the possibility to use the ground surface temp and the outgoing longwave calc schemes separately
