ci(renovate): Update package-lock.json after OpenUI5 is updated

Hello Florian,

do I understand it correctly that the preset pretty much boils down to "Update @openui5/types not with the latest version but rather with the version from the custom datasource custom.openui5_lts."

If that is the case I think rather than using a regex manager the more native approach would be to use overrides like packageRules.overrideDatasource and packageRules.overridePackageName.
I haven't tested this approach, but if it works, it would follow the normal npm update cycle (just with a different datasource/packageName) and would also execute the normal npm postupdate steps (like updating the lock file).

Can you perhaps test/validate that? I probably only have a in a few days time for that.
