Add .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE files to standardize issue reporting: bug_report.yml and feature_request.yml, plus config.yml. The bug template collects checklist, component, frequency, reproduction steps, expected vs actual, OS/Minecraft/mod versions and logs; the feature template captures category, description, motivation and mockups. config.yml disables blank issues and adds a Modrinth contact link. This improves triage and helps contributors provide consistent, actionable reports.
Updated Minecraft version dropdown ID and adjusted validations.
