Software engineer at Quantum Impact, a UK agency, where I was the first engineering hire. I own the backend services, data models and deployment for what we ship — Go and TypeScript on PostgreSQL, hosted on Cloudflare and Vercel — and I built the agency's AWS platform (Terraform, ECS Fargate, EKS, OIDC-federated CI) on contract at Exerra AI.
Currently going deeper on Kubernetes: I wrote a Kubebuilder operator from scratch and I'm working through the Kubestronaut path, starting with KCNA. AWS Cloud Practitioner; Solutions Architect Associate is next.
Public work
- k8s-backup-operator — Kubernetes operator that turns a
DatabaseBackupCRD into encryptedpg_dumpJobs. Level-triggered reconcile, owner references, a finalizer for shared state, status conditions, leader election, envtest suite at 82% coverage. - mortgage-case-review — deep-agent harness that audits a UK mortgage case before submission (LangGraph, Next.js, Supabase).
- expense-approval — multi-tenant expense approvals with authorization enforced in Postgres via RLS.
- future-wallet — deterministic financial projection and simulation engine with a real-time dashboard, built for DATAFEST'26.
Most of what I build runs in production for clients and isn't public. The write-ups will be.
