This is required to make Mastodon and Tr2d update sites compatible.

Some classes where renamed or moved. I updated Tr2dFrameEditPanel accordingly. But there are still some changes required, that are related to InputTriggerBindings, Actions & Behaviours. @tpietzsch can you have a look a it? Goal it to make Tr2dFrameEditPanel compatible with new trackmake version. |

Currently when installing both update sites, either Tr2d or Mastodon crashes.
This is because tr2d uses trackmate-1.0.0-beta-1 while Mastodon uses beta-7.
Tr2dFrameEditPanel needs to be updated to make it work it the newer trackmate beta.
