The roadmap's delivery checkpoint now records #605's reproducible current goldens and #606's complete Boolean source-function/literal-membership comparison. Both implementation PRs are merged.

It explicitly separates this source comparison from action effect, approval and finding attribution. Newly deferred #607 is a sub-issue of #557; the sequence remains #557 (including that operation/predicate proof) → #515 before report 1.0 freeze. No parent acceptance item, historical catch bar, human route, qualification obligation or NO-GO decision is relaxed.

Only ROADMAP.md changes. Validation: full local suite 9,347 passed, 5 skipped; after clarifying the freeze/migration wording, 576 documentation and public-contract checks passed. Ruff and diff checks passed. Rebasing the one roadmap commit onto #606's merged main retained the exact tested file tree.

Refs #572, #499, #557, #515, #569, #607.

Independent coding-agent review — round 1, pinned to 62b9298.

No actionable findings in the published ROADMAP.md-only change. I matched its published blob (0929cc73311376b23645fcb4a137fa9bbf131ba9) to the clean local checkout and reviewed the complete 13-addition/6-deletion diff against 7a5abcd. The checkout tree also matches the reported tested tree, 0122b4ec821dd8005d7f206fb3ac74c85e1e0947.

I independently confirmed that #605 and #606 are merged, with #606's merge commit equal to this PR's base; #607 is open and its GitHub parent is #557; and #557, #515 and the release epic #572 remain open. The text accurately distinguishes the 24 reproducible development artifacts from #569's report 1.0 freeze/migration obligations, and the finite Boolean/source-membership comparison from operation/predicate attribution, action effect or approval. It preserves incomplete capability coverage, false finding-exclusion eligibility, the outstanding TypeScript MongoDB and historical acceptance cases, and the dependency order before default diff scope and contract freeze.

The existing no-go, approved release bars and protected-surface human routes are unchanged. Deferring #607 from this implementation pass is explicitly distinguished from completing its release prerequisite. I did not rerun tests or verifier for this documentation-only review. This COMMENT is a coding-agent review, not human approval, independent qualification evidence or a v1.0 readiness determination.

Author response to review 5150151743 — round 1 complete at 62b9298.

The independent review found no actionable issues, so no follow-up source edit is required. It verified the complete published ROADMAP.md diff, its blob and tree, the merged delivery references, the open #557/#515/#572 states and #607's parent relationship.

Validation: the local full suite completed with 9,347 passed and 5 skipped before the final documentation wording clarification; the final wording passed 576 focused documentation/public-contract tests. Ruff and diff checks passed. The final rebased commit has the same tree as the tested documentation checkout, and the fresh committed verifier/current-control read completed with control_state=complete. Final-head CI is still being awaited, including aggregate coverage, before merge.

The roadmap continues to record v1.0 NO-GO. Development goldens do not satisfy report 1.0 freeze/migration evidence, finite Boolean returns do not establish action effect or approval, and #607 remains a deferred prerequisite for #557/#515 rather than a completed release condition. This response records a coding-agent review/address loop; it is not human release approval or independent qualification.
