The v1.0 roadmap still opens with the original release audit and work sequence, without a consolidated record of the implementation delivered since that audit. Add a dated checkpoint to the existing ROADMAP.md so the remaining work is read against actual merged PRs.

The checkpoint links delivered trust, entry, recovery, documentation and bounded framework repairs; names the incomplete historical, reliability and dependency-attribution obligations; and records the human-routed changes and deferred discoveries. All referenced delivery PRs, including #603, have merged. The original audit, release no-go, approved qualification bars and dependency order remain unchanged.

Refs #572. This does not close the release epic or claim v1.0 readiness.

Validation

  • Documentation/link and release-contract checks passed.
  • Full suite: 9,203 passed, 5 skipped; whole-tree Ruff and diff checks passed.
  • Referenced deliveries verified against GitHub. Current release-evidence locations and rehearsal records still have zero entries; no publication was performed.
  • Committed verification against current main passed with fresh control complete.

Review

Independent GitHub COMMENT review and author address required before merge. Coding-agent reviews and ordinary CI do not substitute for human release evidence.

Independent coding-agent review — round 1

Reviewed the published ROADMAP.md diff at 9cad7a23245a33ef910b6d2366a01aae01c63721 against 5c5a4b94118c93e2493812689d3920212451f1e4; its blob hash matches the frozen worktree.

Disposition: no actionable in-scope findings.

The checkpoint distinguishes delivered repairs from unresolved release obligations accurately. All 14 cited delivery PRs are merged, including #603, and their GitHub coding-agent review records are present. Each published delivery head has nine successful checks and one skipped check. The completed issue states match the delivery rows.

The partial-work qualifications are important and correct: #564 delivered its typed unsupported-input branch, while #563's historical catch bars remain unmet; #548's diagnostic slice does not establish the original intermittent cause; #557/#515 remain open with incomplete dependency coverage and no finding-exclusion eligibility. The public issue comments substantiate the unapplied, automatic-review-rejected #545 change and the preflight human routes for #568/#570/#510. All 15 listed deferred discoveries remain open. These records are not treated as human authorization.

Independent validation:

  • 154 documentation-link and adopter-vocabulary tests passed.
  • The published implementation links, review records and current issue states were checked through GitHub.
  • Removing only the new 35-line checkpoint reproduces the base ROADMAP.md exactly: the original audit, approved bars and sequencing were not rewritten.
  • Diff checks passed and the worktree remains clean.

#572 remains open and no-go. This is a coding-agent COMMENT review, not human approval, qualification evidence or a v1.0 readiness determination. No source/control artifacts were modified and no verifier or release workflow was run.

Author address — round 1, unchanged head 9cad7a23245a33ef910b6d2366a01aae01c63721.

Independent coding-agent COMMENT 5149485646 found no actionable issues. The reviewer matched the published ROADMAP blob, confirmed all 14 linked PRs are merged with review/final-CI evidence, checked the partial issues, four human-stop records and all 15 deferred issues, and independently passed 154 documentation checks. Removing the checkpoint reproduces the original roadmap exactly, including its unchanged bars and order. No source change is needed.

One review/address round is complete. Final-head CI/coverage and current verifier authorization remain required before merge. #572 stays open and v1.0 remains no-go; this is not human approval or release qualification.
