Hello there!

This is a basic program to convert any jpeg or png into an html file filled with ASCII characters representing the image show. This is started as an offshoot to a game I've started to develop in order to increase my programming skills. In the mean time, enjoy! If you simply wish to download a .exe and run that locally, download the dist\IMS_ASCII folder and simply run the .exe within. If you want to look at the abysmal state of my code, download the rest! For now the html is just deposited under the same name with ".html" appeneded. I intend to change this feature soon so the user can designate a destination file name, but for now I'm rather pleased that it works!
