Add privacy policy for marketplace verified status#43

States the honest facts: the plugin runs entirely locally, collects no data and sends no telemetry; prompts and repository content travel only to the AI providers the user configured in their own OpenCode install; local state (job records, server session with its 0600 password, OpenCode sessions) stays on the machine; network activity is limited to the loopback-bound plugin-owned server or an explicitly configured external server. README links to it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds
PRIVACY.mdfor the community-marketplace submission's optional privacy-policy URL (Anthropic verified status), plus a short README section linking to it.Content is the plain truth of the architecture: everything runs locally; no telemetry or data collection of any kind; prompts/code go only to the user's own configured OpenCode providers; local state (job records/logs, the 0600 server-session file with its generated password, OpenCode's session store) stays on the machine; network activity is loopback-only unless the user explicitly configures an external server. Credentials note: no provider API keys are read or stored — OpenCode manages its own auth.
