This is a clean version of the RoRegion Chrome extension for Roblox.
The original RoRegion extension on the Chrome Web Store contains Promotion related to RoEarn Which is of course malicious. It secretly injects promotional buttons, affiliate links, and ads into your Roblox catalog and gamepass pages.
This repository provides a completely clean version of RoRegion. All files, scripts, and background checks related to RoEarn have been permanently removed. This version only contains the code to find and join roblox servers.
You can download the files for this extension using either of these two methods:
- Option 1: Look for the "Releases" section on the right side of this GitHub page and download the latest source code ZIP file.
- Option 2: Click the green "Code" button at the top right of the file list and click "Download ZIP".
Since this clean version is not on the Chrome Web Store, you need to install it manually using Developer Mode.
- Download the ZIP file using one of the methods above.
- Extract the ZIP file to a new folder on your computer. Keep this folder somewhere safe where you will not accidentally delete it.
- Open your web browser and go to the extensions management page:
- For Chrome or Brave, type this in your address bar: chrome://extensions/
- For Edge, type this in your address bar: edge://extensions/
- Turn on "Developer mode" (usually a toggle switch in the top right corner of the page).
- Click the "Load unpacked" button that appears in the top left corner.
- Select the folder where you extracted the extension files.
The safe version of RoRegion is now installed and ready to use on Roblox.
Note: Make sure you uninstall the original RoRegion extension from the Chrome Web Store so the adware stops running on your browser.
