2. Case study images — Replace placeholder divs in src/components/recent-builds.tsx with real images
3. Social links — Update X and LinkedIn URLs in src/components/footer.tsx
4. Email — Update hello@noncoder.studio in src/components/final-cta.tsx if different
5. Favicon — Replace src/app/favicon.ico with your brand icon
