Update-WorkMirror.ps1 picked up issue #181's closure and other state changes across the D5-S8/S9/S10/S11/S12/S13/S14/S15 WorkRef records. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
All eight issues (#176-#180, #182, #183) are closed on GitHub, per /track's issue-list check, but design/30-slices.md still carried their full bodies under ## Outstanding with stale Status markers (S8 read "in progress" though it shipped across five PRs). Retire each to a one-line Landed entry per "How this document is kept", and mark S16 in progress since it's next and Test-SliceStatusMarkers.ps1 requires one in-progress slice while any are queued.
