作为多包拆分的第一步，新增 @cherry-markdown/engine 工作区包， 承载 Markdown 解析、HTML 生成、Hook 机制与 Node.js 渲染能力， 与 CodeMirror/工具栏/编辑器 UI 解耦，独立构建、独立测试。 Ref #6
- 导出引擎核心类：Engine、SyntaxHookBase、ParagraphBase、HookCenter、hooksConfig、HOOKS_TYPE_LIST、createSyntaxHook - 导出全部 37 个内置语法 Hook（Header/Table/List/CodeBlock 等） - 导出运行时工具：Logger、Sanitizer、UrlCache、urlProcessorProxy、defaultConfig - 更新 README 使用文档，新增 changeset
